Delivery & Pickup

Shipping via DHL, DPD or Trunkrs

Our orders, with the exception of furniture, are delivered by DHL, DPD or Trunkrs parcel service. If your order is in stock and placed before 11:59 PM, it will be delivered to your home the next business day! If your order fits through your mailbox, it will be shipped as a letterbox-sized package by DHL or DPD. As soon as your order is shipped by the parcel service, you will automatically receive an email from us with the package's Track & Trace code. You can use this code to check the status of your shipment. You may not be home when DHL, DPD or Trunkrs will deliver your package. In that case, the delivery person will attempt to deliver the package to your neighbors. If this also fails, DHL, DPD or Trunkrs will try again the next day.

If the package cannot be delivered either time, DHL, DPD or Trunkrs will take it to the nearest collection point. You will be notified of this by a note in your mailbox.

Trunkrs fast delivery service

When you choose Trunkrs, your order will be delivered the next business day. To use this service, place your order before 11:59 PM on Sunday through Thursday. Trunkrs only delivers on business days. Ordered on sunday means delivered on Monday. The Trunkrs service can only be guaranteed for items in stock. Furniture is excluded and will be delivered by the Baby & Tiener delivery service. Trunkrs is not available on the Waddeneilanden.

Shipping costs

All orders (except furniture from selected brands) over €49,- are shipped free of charge. The shipping costs for orders under €49,- are €4,95. Almost all items on the website can be delivered in the Netherlands, Belgium and Germany. Furniture and other heavy or large packages are deliverd via the Baby & Tiener delivery service. Shipping costs for furniture are subject to the applicable shipping costs.

  • Shipping costs for 2-piece nursery: €24,95

Free pickup at Megastore Sliedrecht

Would you rather pick up your order at our Megastore in Sliedrecht? That's possible!

As soon as your order is ready, you'll receive an email from our customer service department with the invoice, which serves as proof of pickup. Our cashiers will be happy to help you.

Furniture delivery (Baby & Tiener delivery service)

After placing your order, we will wait until it is in stock. Your furniture may need to be specially ordered for you. Once your order is fully in stock, you'll receive an email from our planning department with a suggested delivery date. We aim to deliver your furniture* within 10 business days, subject to availability. The Baby & Tiener delivery service is not available on the Waddeneilanden.

Delivery on anything above ground floor

We are happy to deliver your purchase to a floor other than the ground floor, but there must be an elevator available that the item fits into. If there is no elevator or the elevator is too small, we will deliver your purchase to the ground floor. In some cases, you are required to help carry the items.

Ensure an obstacle-free passage

The location where your order is delivered must be obstacle-free. For example, no stairs, no cupboards or other objects that might obstruct easy passage. Door dimensions must be at least 185x85 cm. Our delivery drivers must have enough space to deliver the order safely (without the risk of damaging your belongings).

Not at home upon delivery?

If you are not home, a new delivery appointment has to be made. A minimum fee of €50,- or more will be charged for the new delivery. You can contact our customer service for this.

*Delivery of show models and stock surplus items is unfortunately not possible.
