Return items *except furniture
Are the items not quite what you expected? At Baby & Tiener, that's no problem; we're happy to help. Further down, you'll find our step-by-step guide explaining how to return or exchange items. Our returns form is also included. You can review the terms and conditions by clicking here.
Items may be returned or registered for return within 45 days of receipt.
Please note that items that have been used or damaged cannot be accepted for return. Returns must be in a condition suitable for sale. Therefore, you can test a purchase at home as you would in a store.
Items that have been assembled and/or used outdoors cannot be returned. Returns are inspected before they are accepted. If a return does not meet the policy, we reserve the right not to issue a (full) refund.
Returns are your own responsibility. Therefore, please retain your proof of shipment until you have received confirmation from us that your return has been received in good order.
How do I test a product?
Here are tips on how to try out a purchase, after which you can exchange or return it without any problems.
You may:
- Carefully remove the product from the packaging (please keep the original packaging) *except furniture
- Test the items indoors
You may not:
- Test the items outdoors
- Assemble it and leave any signs of wear
- Unpack it and immediately discard the original packaging

*Except furniture
Nurseries and furniture can only be returned by appointment. The Baby & Tiener delivery service will collect it from your home. However, this is not free of charge. Please ensure the furniture is ready for pickup, so our drivers can easily transport it. The collection fee can vary from €50,- to €200,-, depending on size and route.
You may not:
- Remove the product from its original packaging. Unpacking the package will lose its protective effect and parts can easily become damaged or lost
- Assemble it and leavy any signs of wear
How do I return an item? *except furniture
- Download and print the returns form. See the documents below this summary
- Fill in the form as completely as possible
- Cut off the address and attach it to the package
- Include a copy of the purchase invoice and the returns form in the package
- Seal the package carefully
- Take the package to a PostNL point and save the receipt with the Track & Trace code
- Email us your details and a copy of the receipt with the Track & Trace code
- We will process your return within 10 business days

Returning an item is at your own risk. This means you are responsible for ensuring it is returned correctly. Therefore, always keep the proof of shipment of your return until you receive a message from our customer service cinfirming receipt of your return. Returns that you bring directly to our Megastore is free.
Free returns to the Megastore *except furniture
Returns must be in a condition that they can be sold as new. You may carefully remove the item* from its packaging to test it indoors. It is always important that the original packaging remains intact and that the items retains its original tags *except for furniture.
Items may be returned or registered for return within 45 days of receipt. After registering your return, you have 14 days to return or exchange the item.
We do not accept returns of items that have been (partially) assembled. The same applies to items that have been tested outdoors or already in use.
For hygiene reasons, food products with an open seal cannot be returned. Gift cards or specially designed items are also excluded from returns.
Please return the items complete (including all accessories, such as freebies or instruction booklets) in their original condition and, if reasonably possible, in their original packaging.
Disappointing pregnancy
In the event of a disappointing pregnancy, you can return unused and unassembled items to us. Upon receipt of the items, we will refund the full purchase price. Please contact our customer service if this applies to you.
