Reliable safety and sturdiness
The Cabino retractable stair gate can be mounted at the bottom of a staircase or in a door opening to ensure that your child cannot just go up the stairs or enter another room.
Note: the retractable stair gate must not be mounted at the top of the stairs due to safety reasons.
Mounting the retractable stair gate
The retractable stair gate is not clamped but securely fixed with screws drilled into the wall. Therefore, it is not suitable for installation without drilling.
With the included gripping hooks and mounting rings, the stair gate can be attached in various places. Make sure that the stair gate fits between the stairs. The height of the cassette of the stair gate is 85 cm.
Attach the gripping hooks to the opposite side of the cassette to be able to close the gate. The cassette of the stair gate and the gripping hooks are secured to the wall with screws.
Compatibility with stairs and door openings
The stair gate can be attached to almost any staircase or door opening. The stair gate can be extended to a maximum length of 120 cm.
The height of the stair gate is 85 cm. Make sure that the place where you want to mount the stair gate is high enough so that both the cassette on one side and the gripping hooks on the other side of the opening can be attached.
Easy opening and closing with one hand
With the retractable mesh, you can effortlessly open and close the stair gate with one hand. When the stair gate is not in use, it automatically rolls all the way in. This way, you never have to deal with a wooden or metal door getting in the way!
Child-safe locking
The stair gate is equipped with a safe, double locking mechanism. With a button on top of the stair gate, it can be locked so that your child cannot open it. The green or red indicator informs you whether the stair gate is locked or not.
