The rear-facing car seat is suitable from birth until approximately 4 years of age and a maximum weight of 18 kg. The car seat has five recline positions, both rearward and forward facing. The car seat can also rotate lying on its base. With just one hand, you can set the car seat in a comfortable lying position.

The Sirona T i-Size offers better protection against accidents, reduces the risk of head or neck injuries, and improves safety by 50% (compared to the same forward-facing seat; test results following the ADAC criteria of 2022). In the event of an accident, your child is pushed towards the outside of the seat, where the forces are distributed and absorbed after the impact. The Linear Side Impact Protection (LSP) system increases safety in the event of a side collision. Together with the energy-absorbing outer shell of the car seat, the LSP reduces the initial impact force by up to 25%. The car seat must be placed rearward for at least 15 months (until your child reaches a length of 76 cm). After this period, the car seat can be turned forward. Thanks to the 360° rotation, you can turn the car seat towards the car door with one hand, making it easy to put your child in and take them out of the car. With magnets, you fasten the belts to the sides of the car seat, so they don't get in the way when you take your child in or out. This makes getting in even easier!

The car seat features an integrated UPF50+ sunshade. This provides excellent sun protection for your child, even in the car. For warmer days, the sunshade is equipped with a mesh insert for breathability and a cool airflow.

The Group 0/1 car seat grows with your child due to the height-adjustable headrest. Thanks to the 12 different positions of the headrest, you can adjust the car seat to your child's height during the first four years, providing constant protection. The included insert for newborns ensures a nearly flat lying position, allowing your child to sit safely in the car seat from birth. The insert keeps your baby’s head in the ideal ergonomic position. If your child grows taller than 60 cm, you must remove the insert from the car seat.
