Safety for your child and comfort for you as a parent are paramount with the Cybex Car Seat Group 0 1 Sirona T I Size Plus Sepia Black + Cybex Rotating Base T! The rear-facing car seat is suitable from your child’s birth up to around 4 years of age and a maximum weight of 18 kg. The car seat has five reclining positions, both rear-facing and forward-facing. The car seat can also be rotated lying down on its base. With just one hand, you can set the car seat to a comfortable reclining position. 

The Sirona T i-Size offers better protection against accidents, reduces the risk of head or neck injuries, and improves safety by 50% (compared to the same forward-facing seat; results from tests following the ADAC criteria of 2022). In the event of an accident, your child is pushed towards the outside of the seat, where the forces are distributed and absorbed after the impact. The Linear Side Impact Protection (LSP) system increases safety in a side impact. Together with the energy-absorbing outer shell of the car seat, the LSP reduces the initial force of the impact by up to 25%. The car seat must be placed rear-facing for at least 15 months (until your child is 76 cm tall). After this period, the car seat can be turned to face forward. Of course, you can also choose to continue using the car seat rear-facing for optimal safety. 

The Cybex Sirona T i-Size is secured in the car using the included Cybex Base T. On the base, the car seat is 360° rotatable. This allows the car seat to be effortlessly placed forward or rear-facing in the car. Thanks to the 360° rotation, you can turn the car seat with one hand towards the car door, making it easy to place your child into the car and take them out again. With magnets, you secure the belts on the sides of the car seat, so they don’t get in the way when you put your child in or take them out of the car seat. This makes getting in even easier!

The car seat is equipped with an integrated UPF50+ sunshade. This offers excellent protection from the sun for your child, even in the car. For warmer days, the sunshade has a mesh insert for breathability and cool airflow.

The Group 0/1 car seat grows with your child, thanks to the height-adjustable headrest. With 12 different positions of the headrest, you can adjust the car seat to your child’s height during the first four years, providing constant protection. The included insert for newborn babies ensures a nearly flat lying position, allowing your child to sit safely in the car seat from birth. The insert keeps your baby’s head in the ideal ergonomic position. When your child exceeds 60 cm in height, you must remove the insert from the car seat. Your child can enjoy the highest comfort in the car seat with features such as ventilation all around that provides a pleasant temperature throughout all seasons.
