The advantages of an Isofix car seat
There are several options for an Isofix car seat. You can choose a car seat that is installed on a separate Isofix base or one with integrated Isofix. A separate Isofix base is ideal for group 0 car seats. The base is fixed in the car. The car seat can be quickly and easily attached to it. A group 0 car seat is often removed from the car, and such a base makes this much easier. All you have to do is click the car seat on or off. No more hassle with seat belts!
A separate Isofix base can also be used for group 0/1 and group 1 car seats. These car seats remain in the car when you take your child out. With the Isofix base, you are always assured that the car seat is securely and properly secured in the car and that you can transport your child safely.
Many car seats larger than group 0, such as group 1, group 0/1/2/3, group 1/2/3, and group 2/3 car seats, are equipped with an integrated Isofix system. A separate base is not required to attach the car seat. This car seat is equipped with an Isofix system itself, allowing it to be installed directly in the car.
An Isofix car seat is safer than a car seat that is secured in the car with the car seat belt. This is because the seat is directly attached to the car, and you are assured that the seat is properly secured.
